Energy Consumption and Efficiency Optimization in Pre-furnace Production
This article delves into the current situation of energy consumption and efficiency optimization strategies in pre-furnace production,points out that equipment energy efficiency,process flow,raw material pretreatment and dynamic control system are key influencing factors.By upgrading existing equipment,restructuring lean production processes,improving raw material pretreatment technology and establishing dynamic intelligent control systems,the energy efficiency of pre-furnace production can be significantly improved.Taking a steel company in Hebei as an example,after implementing the above transformation,the comprehensive energy saving rate reached 15.4%,achieving a dual improvement in economic benefits and environmental sustainability.
