Practice of Upgrading and Renovation of Coking Phenol Cyanide Wastewater Treatment System
The article provides a brief overview and specific analysis of the operation and existing problems of the phenol cyanide wastewater treatment system at Tangshan Shougang Jingtang Xishan Coking Co.,Ltd.It elaborates on the improvement of the system's operational stability through the adoption of technologies such as micro oxygen hydrolysis aeration,HSEM biological rope coupling denitrification and enhanced swirl aeration,as well as the adjustment of the pH of the aerobic tank,increase of sludge reflux rate and mutual supplementation of sludge circulation.After transformation,the processing capacity has significantly improved,and the effluent quality indicators such as COD and NH3-N have all met the design requirements,and the biochemical system operates stably.
