Application of New Dressing Reagent in the Process of Zirconium Titanium Ore Dressing
This paper introduces the resource distribution,application value and mining status of zirconium titanium ore,and discusses the classification,properties and application of new dressing reagents.The new dressing reagent is classified according to chemical properties and principles of action,and its characteristics involve hydrophilicity,oleophilicity and stability.In the process of dressing of zirconium titanite ore,the application of relevant dressing reagents for different kinds of mineral such as garnet zirconite,rutile,ilmenite and zirconium titanate is discus.Through experimental research,the new dressing reagent was screened and optimized,the reaction mechanism with zirconium titanium ore was deeply understood,and the experimental parameters were optimized.The new dressing reagent has a significant impact on improving the efficiency of zirconium titanium ore dressing,and brings both environmental and economic benefits.Finally,this paper discusses the application prospect of new dressing reagents in the field of zirconium titanium ore dressing,and emphasizes the importance of rational utilization and management,as well as the expected development trend and influence.
