摘要
文章通过资料收集整理虚拟工厂三维场景数据,采用危险与可操作性分析方法,改进传统的HAZOP分析,并补充操作措施项,实现HAZOP信息的标准化.在实现三维模拟场景展示方面,构建三维场景的漫游、基础信息展示和实时数据可视化,提供直观的生产环境信息.在安全风险管理方面,则包括风险信息管理、三维风险可视化和风险统计分析等功能,以及风险的实时监控,以提高安全管理水平、减少事故发生.
Abstract
This paper collects and collates virtual factory 3D scene data,adopts hazard and operability analysis method,improves the traditional HAZOP analysis,and supplements the operation measures to achieve the standardization of HAZOP information.In the realization of 3D simulation scene display,the construction of 3D scene roaming,basic information display and real-time data visualization,to provide intuitive production environment information.In terms of safety risk management,it includes risk information management,3D risk visualization,risk statistical analysis and other functions,as well as real-time monitoring of risks,in order to improve the level of safety management and reduce accidents.
