增能压裂技术在延长油田吴起采油厂的应用

吴起油田低渗透致密油藏资源丰富,地质储量超过8 000万t,但致密油藏物性较差,孔隙度在10%以下,渗透率不足0.3 mD,油井无自然产能,常规压裂技术改造程度低、波及体积小、产能低、稳油差,难以达到经济有效动用.结合油藏地质特征,采用大液量、大排量、低砂比、焖井置换的"大前置液+表活剂+体积压裂"的增能压裂技术工艺研究.该技术累计实施39井次,平均单井日产油4.33 t,与采用常规压裂的邻井平均单井日产油1.08 t对比,是常规压裂的4.01倍.油田压裂技术在提升油气资源开发效率方面发挥了显著作用,不仅能大幅增加致密油在开采初期的产量,确保油井在更长的时间内维持稳定的产出水平,显著延长油井稳产阶段的生命周期,还能有效提升已探明储量的实际利用效率,优化油藏的整体开发效果,使得更多原本难以经济开采的油气资源得以充分释放和合理利用.
Application of Enhanced Energy Fracturing Technology in Wuqi Oil Production Plant of Yanchang Oilfield
The low permeability tight oil reservoir in Wuqi oilfield is resources rich with over 80 million tons of geological reserves,but the tight oil reservoir has poor physical properties,porosity below 10%,permeability less than 0.3 mD,no natural production capacity of oil wells,conventional fracturing technology has low transformation degree,small swept volume,low productivity and poor oil stability,so it is difficult to achieve effective economic use.Combined with the geological characteristics of the oil reservoir,the enhanced energy fracturing technology of"large pre-fluid+surface activator+volume fracturing"with large fluid volume,large displacement,low sand ratio and braised well displacement is studied.The technology has been implemented 39 well times,with an average daily oil production of 4.33 t per well,which is 4.01 times higher than that of conventional fracturing wells with an average daily oil production of 1.08 t per well.Oilfield fracturing technology has played a significant role in improving the efficiency of oil and gas resource development.It can not only significantly increase the production of tight oil in the initial stage of production,ensure that the oil well can maintain a stable output level for a longer period of time,significantly extend the life cycle of the oil well in the stable production stage,but also effectively improve the actual utilization efficiency of proven reserves and optimize the overall development effect of the oil reservoir,so that more oil and gas resources that are difficult to be economically exploited can be fully released and rationally used.
