摘要
近年来,管线打开作业安全事故时有发生,如何管控好暂未正式纳入国家《危险化学品企业特殊作业安全规范》的管线打开作业,已成为危险化学品企业安全管理的关注重点.文章以某危险化学品企业有毒易燃易爆介质屏蔽泵更换过滤网为例,阐述管线打开作业过程的安全风险和管控措施,以期对类似管线打开作业提供一定的参考.
Abstract
In recent years,pipeline opening operation safety accidents have occurred from time to time,how to control the pipeline opening operation that has not been formally included in the national Special Operation Safety Code for Hazardous Chemical Enterprises has become the focus of safety management of hazardous chemical enterprises.This paper takes the replacement sieve of a toxic inflammable and explosive medium shield pump in a hazardous chemical enterprise as an example to explain the safety risks and control measures in the pipeline opening operation process,in order to provide some reference for similar pipeline opening operations.
