文章通过对华亭华煤清能煤化工有限责任公司原煤转运车间的燃料煤进行取样,采取对比分析法,分析不同含水量对煤质黏着性的影响.通过添加不同比例灰渣,吸附附着于燃料煤表面的游离水,从而降低燃料煤表面张力,有效改善雨季时因锅炉燃料煤水分大造成的给煤系统易堵塞问题.
Impact of Excessive Moisture in Boiler Fuel Coal on Safe Operation of Boilers and Solutions
In this paper,by sampling fuel coal from raw coal transfer workshop of Gansu Huating Coal Qingneng Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,comparative analysis was adopted to analyze the influence of different water content on coal adhesion.By adding different proportions of ash residue,the free water attached to the surface of fuel coal is absorbed,thus reducing the surface tension of fuel coal,and effectively improving the problem of easy blockage of the coal feeding system caused by large water content of boiler fuel coal in rainy season.
