Optimization of Denitration Catalyst Layout and Operational Management Suggestions for Denitration Transformation of A 600 MW Coal-fired Units
Based on the blowout problem of SCR catalyst in boiler denitration unit of a 600 MW coal-fired thermal power units during C-repair,this paper briefly analyzes the main reasons for the blowout of the unit's catalyst.According to the optimization of denitration catalyst transformation,combined with the operation of the unit,the management suggestions of the operation and maintenance of denitration catalyst,catalyst replacement and selection were put forward.
