摘要
文章以某600 MW燃煤火电机组锅炉脱硝装置SCR催化剂C修期间发现的吹损问题为基础,简要分析了该机组催化剂吹损的主要原因,针对脱硝催化剂改造进行优化处置,并结合该机组运行情况提出了脱硝催化剂运行维护、催化剂换装选型等的管理建议.
Abstract
Based on the blowout problem of SCR catalyst in boiler denitration unit of a 600 MW coal-fired thermal power units during C-repair,this paper briefly analyzes the main reasons for the blowout of the unit's catalyst.According to the optimization of denitration catalyst transformation,combined with the operation of the unit,the management suggestions of the operation and maintenance of denitration catalyst,catalyst replacement and selection were put forward.
