Comprehensive Experiment Design for Synthesis and Characterization of Self-healing Polyurethane-Urea
Based on the research foundation on self-healing materials,guided by the demands on self-healing polymer binder in energetic composite materials,a chemical comprehensive experiment was designed under the background of national defense modernization construction.In this experiment,polyurethane-urea was synthesized by using toluene diisocyanate ended polypropylene glycol and isophorone diamine as raw materials.The structure of the product was identified by infrared spectrum,and its self-healing performances and adhesion properties were studied.The obtained polyurethane-urea has excellent self-healing effects at room temperature and its self-healing efficiency can reach to 87%after 9 h at room temperature.Meanwhile,polyurethane-urea has good adhesive strength with steel sheet and plexiglass sheet which simulate different energetic components respectively.In this experiment,material synthesis-structure-performance-application is taken as the main line,covering a relatively complete knowledge system of polyurethane materials research.On the basis of consolidating basic theoretical knowledge and experimental operation skills,the investigative learning ability and accomplishment is cultivated,and the value orientation of learning to strengthen the country.
