Analysis of Influencing Factors and Optimization of Process Operating Conditions for Carbon Triple Hydrogenation Reactor
BC-H-30AG alumina-impregnated palladium catalyst independently developed by Beijing Chemical Institute was used in the carbon triple hydrogenation reactor of ethylene plant in a refinery.MAPD in carbon triple fraction was removed by single-stage bed liquid phase hydrogenation technology,so that MAPD content in propylene products was qualified and qualified propylene products were produced.After the operation of the unit in 2023,due to the high activity of the catalyst in the early stage of operation,there were more side reactions,and a large number of side reaction products were polymerized.The contents of C4 and C6 were high at the outlet of the reactor and in the propylene distillation tower.Therefore the optimal reaction conditions were obtained by discussing the hydrogen-acetylene ratio,the inlet temperature,the circulation amount and the reaction pressure of the carbon triple hydrogenation reactor,and MAPD removal in the carbon triple fraction was efficiently realized.
