摘要
文章通过对化工建设中管道施工管理工作经验的总结,探讨以试压包作为管理核心的管道施工管理工作.通过以试压包为核心,提前将管理过程架构好,并且按架构好的方式进行工作,提高工作的条理性,提高施工进度控制的准确性,提高施工材料缺项统计的准确性,降低管理人员的工作强度,减少施工的持续时间.
Abstract
Through the summary of the work experience of pipeline construction management in chemical construction,the paper discusses the pipeline construction management with pressure test package as the management core.With the pressure test package as the core,the management process is structured well in advance,and the work is carried out according to the structured way,which can improve the organization of work,improve the accuracy of construction schedule control,improve the accuracy of missing items statistics of construction materials,reduce the work intensity of managers and reduce the duration of construction.
