采煤工作面过超高空巷支护优化研究

摘要
为解决工作面过超高空巷液压支架不能接顶的问题,采用"锚索吊棚+木垛+一梁两柱"支护技术解决超高巷道支架无法接顶和空巷破坏变形的问题.通过空巷支护优化后,工作面矿压观测及支架阻力变化结果表明,该支护技术条件下能够有效阻止空巷变形和解决支架接顶问题,高强度支护较实体煤具有相似的支撑强度,能够满足过空巷要求.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the hydraulic support can not connect the roof of the super-high gob roadway,the support technology of"anchor rope hanging shed+wooden crib+one beam and two columns"is adopted to solve the problem that the support can not connect the roof of the super-high gob roadway and the destruction deformation of the gob roadway.The results of ground pressure observation and support resistance change after gob roadway support optimization show that this support technology can effectively prevent gob deformation and solve the problem of support roof connection,the high strength support has the similar support strength compared with the solid coal,and can meet the requirements of gob roadway entry.
