文章以某LNG项目接收站工程建造为例,对LNG接收站项目建造过程的计划管理进行分析,阐述了LNG接收站建造计划编制条件、关键路径控制流程及计划控制难点、管理要点等,通过对各板块计划控制的对比分析,总结形成了一个完整的LNG接收站建造计划管理体系.该体系可有效提升项目建造计划进度控制效率,在一定程度上节约关键路径工期,确保项目目标按原计划实现.该体系也适用于同类LNG接收站项目建造计划管理,提升项目管理效率.
Abstract
This article takes the construction of a certain LNG project receiving station as an example to analyze the planning management of the construction process of the LNG receiving station project.It elaborates on the conditions for preparing the construction plan of the LNG receiving station,the key path control process,the difficulties and management points of the plan control,etc.By comparing and analyzing the planning control of each section,a complete LNG receiving station construction plan management system is summarized and formed.This system can effectively improve the efficiency of project construction plan progress control,save the key path construction period to a certain extent,and ensure that project goals are achieved according to the original plan.This system is also applicable to the construction plan management of similar LNG receiving station projects,improving project management efficiency.
