摘要

新形势下,我国炼化行业显现出竞争加剧、结构优化和动力转化的新特征.加快推进炼化企业转型升级已经成为中国缓解当前炼油产能过剩、提高化工品供应能力、落实低碳化发展的重要措施,也是炼化企业在日趋激烈的竞争中抢占先机的必要手段.随着"减油增化"和高质量发展成为炼化产业的主旋律,炼化企业需要根据自身实际情况制定并有节奏地实施因企适宜的产品结构转型升级策略.因此,基于梳理炼化产业结构"为什么转""转什么""怎么转",提出了针对不同规模炼厂的产品结构和布局的方向,给出炼化企业产品结构转型升级建议,助力中国炼化企业高质量、可持续发展.

Abstract

Under the new situation,refining and chemical industry of China shows the new characteristics of intensifying competition,optimizing structure and transforming power.Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of refineries has become an important measure to alleviate the current excess oil refining capacity,improve the supply capacity of chemicals,and implement low-carbon development,and is also a necessary means for refineries to seize the opportunity in the increasingly fierce competition.With the"reduce oil and increase chemical"and high-quality development becoming the main melody of the refining and chemical industry,refineries need to formulate and implement the appropriate product structure transformation and upgrading strategy in a rhythm according to their own actual situation.Therefore,Based on sorting out the refining and chemical industrial structure,"why turn""what turn"and"how to turn",the direction of the product structure and layout of different scale refineries is proposed,and the transformation and upgrading suggestions of the product structure of refineries are given to help domestic refineries develop with high quality and sustainable development.
