摘要
文章介绍海洋石油平台在建造阶段的风险管理情况,通过细化规范具体风险控制内容,分级管控、量化分析,可以简洁有序地识别管理海洋石油平台整个建造生命周期内的各类风险,并加以管控.文章吸收借鉴了多个同类项目的管理经验,对今后海洋石油平台建造阶段的风险控制管理工作具有一定的指导作用.
Abstract
The article introduces the risk management of offshore oil platforms during the construction phase.By refining and standardizing specific risk control content,hierarchical control,and quantitative analysis,various risks throughout the entire construction life cycle of offshore oil platforms can be identified and managed in a concise and orderly manner,and controlled accordingly.The article draws on the management experience of multiple similar projects,which has a certain guiding role for risk control management in the construction stage of offshore oil platforms in the future.
