高放废液分离系统安全分析方法浅析

高放废液集中了乏燃料中 95%以上的放射性,其如何妥善处理处置是影响核燃料循环可持续发展的关键因素之一.中国提出的TRPO流程能够有效分离高放废液中的锕系元素和裂片元素,经过 40 余年的发展,目前已经具备了较好的工程化应用基础.然而,作为新型的核化工系统,对其安全分析方面的研究还较为欠缺.文章将基于对高放废液分离系统特点的分析,结合其他系统相关安全分析的实践和研究情况,对高放废液分离系统安全分析可以采取的方法路径进行了分析,并进一步对概率安全分析(PSA)的方法在高放废液分离系统应用的前景进行了展望.
Application Prospect Analysis of Probabilistic Safety Analysis(PSA)in High-level Liquid Waste(HLLW)Separation System
High-level waste liquid(HLLW)concentrates more than 95%of the radioactivity in spent fuel,and its proper treatment and disposal is one of the key factors affecting the sustainable development of the nuclear fuel cycle.The TRPO process proposed by Chinese scientist can effectively separate actinides and fission products in HLLW,and after more than 40 years of development,a good engineering application foundation has been built.However,its safety analysis is still relatively lacking,as a new type of nuclear chemical system.In this paper,the method path that can be taken for the safety analysis of the high-level separation system is analyzed,and the prospect of the application of the probabilistic safety analysis(PSA)method in HLLW separation system is further prospected,based on the feature analysis of the high-level separation system,and combined with the practice and research of other relevant system security analysis.
