摘要
文章结合化工生产特点,分析化工安全管理过程中存在的问题,有针对性地提出优化措施,包括提升基层员工安全意识、强化一线员工安全培训、加强企业从上至下的安全管理,构建安全生产管理体系,提升企业本质安全,以促进企业的安全发展和良性发展,保护人民群众生命财产安全和社会大局稳定.
Abstract
By combining the characteristics of chemical production,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the chemical safety management process,and puts forward targeted optimization measures,including enhancing the safety awareness of grass-roots employees,strengthening the safety training of front-line employees,strengthening the safety management of enterprises from top to bottom,building a safety production management system,and improving the intrinsic safety of enterprises,so as to promote the safe development and sound development of enterprises.Protect the safety of people's lives and property and the overall stability of society.
