Accident Prevention and Emergency Response Strategies for Chemical Process Units
This article conducts in-depth research on the prevention and emergency response strategies for chemical plant accidents.By analyzing the types of accidents in chemical plants,it was revealed that equipment failure,operational errors,and external factors are the main causes of accidents.The article focuses on key issues such as failure of detection and protection systems,insufficient emergency isolation and pressure relief systems,and outdated pollution control technologies,and proposes corresponding solutions,including upgrading detection and protection systems,adding accident pressure relief systems,and introducing advanced pollution control technologies.These strategies aim to improve the accident prevention and emergency response capabilities of chemical plants to ensure personnel safety,environmental,and sustainable economic development.
