摘要
文章以化工危化品安全存储和安全事故管理为主要研究内容,首先对化工危化品安全存储进行概述,从钢瓶存储、运输储存管理、使用储存管理、改装管理和储存基本常识五个方面阐述安全管理标准;其次,分析化工危化品安全事故应急管理工作开展对策,提出安全管理工作标准和编制依据;最后,从企业和政府两方面分析危化品安全事故管理提升策略,企业、政府单位应当积极转变应急思维,认识安全管理重要性,将安全管理工作压实到生产各个环节,并完善相关制度体系,保证管理工作有章可循.
Abstract
This paper takes the safe storage and safety accident management of chemical hazardous chemicals as the main research content,firstly summarizes the safe storage of chemical hazardous chemicals,and expounds the safety management standards from five aspects:cylinder storage,transportation and storage management,use storage management,modification management and basic knowledge of storage.Secondly,the countermeasures for the emergency management of chemical hazardous chemicals safety accidents were analyzed,and the safety management standards and preparation basis were proposed.Finally,from the perspective of enterprises and the government,the strategy of improving the management of hazardous chemical safety accidents is analyzed,and enterprises and government units should actively change their emergency thinking,understand the importance of safety management,compact safety management into all aspects of production,and improve the relevant systems to ensure that the management work has rules to follow.
