摘要

为保证航煤加氢装置的有效运行,结合某企业检修实际情况,总结该装置发生腐蚀的原因与防腐对策,文章介绍装置故障以及发生腐蚀的基本情况;其次总结可能造成腐蚀的原因;再次总结降低氯质量浓度、选择新的空冷与换热器材质、溶解铵盐三点腐蚀的处理方法;最后针对航煤加氢装置腐蚀问题,提出了优化建议,切实加强装置防腐性,旨在实现航煤加氢装置的高效运行.

Abstract

In order to ensure the effective operation of the aviation coal hydrogenation device,combined with the actual maintenance situation of a certain enterprise,the causes of corrosion in the device and anti-corrosion measures are summarized.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation of device failures and corrosion.Secondly,summarize the possible causes of corrosion.Summarize the treatment methods for reducing chlorine mass concentration,selecting new air cooling and heat exchanger materials,and dissolving ammonium salt three-point corrosion.Finally,optimization suggestions are proposed to address the corrosion problem of aviation coal hydrogenation equipment,effectively strengthening the anti-corrosion performance of the equipment,aiming to achieve efficient operation of aviation coal hydrogenation equipment.
