Application Practice of Coal to Methanol Wastewater Advanced Treatment Process
In response to the technical challenges faced by the methanol plant of Yanzhou Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.in the coal to methanol production process,such as large amount of wastewater generated,high energy consumption,high cost,and low utilization rate of reclaimed water in traditional physical and biological treatment processes,through technical research and based on the current situation of coal to methanol wastewater treatment,the wastewater treatment process was optimized and the IMC wastewater treatment process was proposed.And a dual membrane deep treatment circulating water system was adopted for sewage discharge.Through practical application results,the optimized sewage treatment system reduced the sewage discharge from the original 187 t/h to 32 t/h,increased the sewage recycling rate by 92.4%,and reduced the sewage treatment cost by 1.079 million yuan per year,achieving significant application results.
