针对海上油藏聚驱开发过程中参数之间影响机制复杂、开发效果难以定量化评价等问题,基于数值模拟方法建立海上S区块油藏概念模型,根据部分因子设计法设计聚驱参数敏感性实验方案,分析确定了各参数对聚驱采出程度的影响程度,并回归得到聚驱采出程度预测模型。研究结果表明,各因素对采出程度影响显著性由大到小依次为聚驱转注时机、注入速度、地层韵律性、束缚水饱和度、纵向渗透率与水平渗透率比值、水平方向渗透率、聚合物浓度。基于部分因子设计法回归出的采出程度预测模型拟合程度较高,能够定量评价各开发因素对聚驱开发效果的影响。
Parameter Optimation of Polymer Flooding in S Block Based on Partial Factor Design and Response Surface Method
Aim at issues such as complex influence mechanism among parameters and difficulty in quantitatively evaluating production performance during polymer flooding of offshore oilfield,a reservoir conceptual model was established based on numerical simulation method.the sensitivity experimental scheme was designed according to partial factor design method,the degree of influence of factors on the recovery factor of polymer flooding was analyzed,the prediction model of polymer flooding was derived through regression analysis.The results shown that,parameters affecting the degree of recovery from large to small are,injection time,injection rate,formation rhythm,irreducible water saturation,vertical to horizontal permeability ratio,horizontal permeability,polymer concentration.The prediction model based on partial factor design regression has a high degree of fitting,which can quantitatively evaluating the impact of various development factors on the production performance of polymer flooding.
