Analysis of the Full Process Plan Management for LNG Storage Tank Construction Projects
Taking the construction of a 200 000 m3 full-containment concrete LNG storage tank in a LNG project in Hebei as an example,this paper analyzes the planning control and management throughout the entire process of LNG storage tank construction.Combining the practical experience during the ongoing construction process of the project,it summarizes the planning preparation conditions,critical path control procedures,key points of planning control management,and risk analysis in the areas of design,procurement,construction,and commissioning for LNG storage tank construction.This forms a comprehensive full process planning management system for LNG storage tank construction.If the project can be implemented systematically and methodically according to this system during the construction process,it can effectively and significantly enhance the project construction progress,save critical path durations,and ensure that the established goals of the engineering project can be achieved.
