In order to improve the product quality management ability of chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises,this paper analyzes the current situation of chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises in the construction of quality management system,the application of quality control means and the quality awareness of employees by combing the theoretical system of product quality management.The study found that although the industry has achieved some results in product quality management,there are still some problems and challenges.In view of the existing problems,the corresponding improvement strategies and suggestions are put forward.
