Employment Status and Countermeasures for Graduates Majoring in Chemical Engineering
After the epidemic,the global economic growth has slowed down,Chinese college students and the increasing number of graduates has led to greater employment pressure.This paper focuses on the employment environment and situation,exploring the employment prospects of chemical engineering graduates in the post-epidemic era.It points out that graduates mainly face the current situation of increasingly fierce job competition and rising academic requirements for job seekers.There are also problems such as an increasing mindset of stability,unclear career planning,and a mismatch between the ability to master new technologies and the needs of enterprises.To cope with fierce employment competition and changes in market demand,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the employment ability of college students from both the university and the graduates themselves.
