Research on Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction of Fiberboard New Material Project
Bamboo fiber board is a kind of artificial fiber board,mainly bamboo fiber as raw material,its performance is better than the traditional fiber board with wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw material,can replace plastic products to reduce plastic pollution,and further deepen the"bamboo instead of wood,bamboo instead of plastic"and other green environmental protection new concept.This paper will introduce the production process and energy consumption of bamboo fiberboard,and analyze the energy saving measures in the production process,such as frequency conversion speed regulation technology,servo motor,waste heat recovery and utilization,energy saving design of drying system,pipeline thermal insulation and condensate recovery,steam pipeline rational layout and white water recovery technology,etc.,to make technical reference for related projects.
