低温甲醇洗装置节能改造的实践探索

德国林德设计的 11 塔低温甲醇洗工艺,该工艺流程中CO2 闪蒸罐产生的废气经原料气冷却器II复热至后排放至火炬系统,生产运行中对CO2 闪蒸罐产生的废气分析发现有效组分含量较高.为此,文章提出将伊犁新天煤化工有限责任公司现有的循环压缩机进行改造,将废气增压后一部分回收有效组分,另一部分返气化炉,作为气化剂使用,减少了气化炉加压气化过程中的蒸汽消耗而且能够提高天然气产量,增加生产效益.富硫甲醇经二次闪蒸后产生的有效气与中压装置产生的有效气经废气压缩机提压后引入原料气系统,回收有效组分,为企业解决运行问题,创造经济效益.
Practical Exploration of Energy Saving Transformation of Low Temperature Methanol Washing Unit
In the 11-tower low-temperature methanol washing process designed by Linde,Germany,the waste gas generated by the CO2 flash tank is reheated by the raw gas cooler II and then discharged to the flare system.The analysis of the waste gas generated by the CO2 flash tank during production and operation finds that the content of effective components is high.Therefore,the paper proposes to transform the existing circulating compressor of Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.After pressurizing the waste gas,part of the effective components are recovered and the other part is returned to the gasifier to be used as gasification agent,which reduces the steam consumption in the pressurized gasification process of the gasifier and can increase the natural gas output and increase the production efficiency.The effective gas produced by the secondary flash of sulfur-rich methanol and the effective gas produced by the medium pressure device are introduced into the feedstock gas system after the pressure is raised by the waste gas compressor,and the effective components are recovered to solve the operation problems for enterprises and create economic benefits.
