Electrochemical Synthesis of 2-quinoline-3-phenyl Quinolone Derivatives
Quinolones as an important organic nitrogen-containing heterocycle,are widely found in natural active products and drug structures,and have many pharmacological activities.article,the electrochemical synthesis of 1-(2-aminophenyl)-2-phenylethane-1-one and dimethyl quinoline was studied under mild conditions.2-quinoline-3-phenylquinolone derivatives were synthesized by electrochemical redox and characterized by Proton 1HNMR,13CNMR and HRMS.The experimental results demonstrate that the method yields high results,and the raw materials for the product are easily obtainable.This offers a distinctive approach for the synthesis of 2-quinoline-3-phenyl quinolones.
