Research and Application of Phosphorus Removal Technology in Boiler Effluent
The application of phosphorus removal technology in boiler discharge successfully reduces the discharge of pollutants and realizes the resource utilization of industrial wastewater.This paper introduces a technical route combining reverse osmosis concentration of phosphorus containing wastewater with chemical precipitation.The dosage of drugs was determined through experiments and small tests,and the two concentration technology routes of ion exchange method and reverse osmosis were compared.On this basis,the industrial application process was designed,and the stability and feasibility of the water treatment system was determined by debugging combined with tracking and monitoring the effluent index.
