摘要
文章采用聚氨酯树脂复配丙烯酸树脂,同时优选了UV单体、光引发剂、活性溶剂等原料来提高涂料在塑料上的附着力,通过采用原辅材料优选和复配、实验得出附着力较佳的配方.结果显示,40%的聚氨酯树脂、10%的丙烯酸树脂、15%的UV单体、0.5%的流平剂、4.5%的光引发剂、27%的活性溶剂、3%的附着力促进剂为最优的配比,在塑料上的附着力能达到 0 级,符合产品标准,满足用户要求.
Abstract
In this paper,polyurethane resin is combined with acrylic resin,and UV monomer,photoinitiator,active solvent and other raw materials are selected to improve the adhesion of coatings on plastics.The results show that 40%polyurethane resin,10%acrylic resin,15%UV monomer,0.5%leveling agent,4.5%photoinitiator,27%active solvent,3%adhesion promoter is the optimal ratio,the adhesion on the plastic can reach 0 level,in line with product standards,meet the requirements of users.
