Discussion on Laboratory Safety Management in Local Undergraduate Universities
With the popularization of higher education and the deepening of scientific research,local undergraduate laboratories have become important places of teaching and research.However,the problem of laboratory safety management has become increasingly prominent,which has become a key factor affecting the safety of teachers and students and teaching quality.This paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems in laboratory management of some local undergraduate universities,including weak safety awareness and safety skills,backward infrastructure,insufficient teaching and scientific research space,lax access management,lack of information and intelligent management,and inadequate hierarchical management.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of safety culture and training of safety skills,increase investment and use of space,strictly implement the entry and exit management system,effectively introduce modern management means,establish grading standards,and implement fine management.
