近年来高校实验安全事故时有发生,给实验室安全管理敲响了警钟.将实验室按照安全风险级别进行差异化管理是提高安全管理效率、实现平安校园目标的重要途径.文章通过全面辨析学校实验室危险源,选取 23 项危险源指标,建立风险分级评价体系,用指标量化评分方式直观呈现实验室安全风险情况.应用成效表明该定量分级体系能较为准确反映广东技术师范大学实验室安全现状,且该评价体系在指标选取更新、分值变化等方面易于调整重构,具有较强的适用性,为明确实验室安全管理重点区域,实现安全风险精准管控提供有效方式.
Research on Quantitative Classification System of University Laboratory Safety
In recent years,experimental safety accidents have occurred frequently in colleges and universities,which have sounded the alarm for laboratory safety management.It is an important way to improve the efficiency of safety management and realize the goal of safe campus to carry out differentiated management of laboratory according to the level of safety risk.In this paper,23 hazard indicators were selected to establish a risk grading and evaluation system,and the laboratory safety risk situation was presented intuitively by means of quantitative index scoring.The application results show that this quantitative grading system can accurately reflect the current situation of laboratory safety in Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University,and the evaluation system is easy to adjust and reconstruct in terms of index selection update and score change,etc.,and has strong applicability,providing an effective way to identify key areas of laboratory safety management and realize accurate control of safety risks.
