In application-oriented undergraduate colleges,practical teaching is a very important link,and the laboratory undertakes the functions of talent skill training,scientific research and social service.By analyzing the problems existing in the laboratory management process of some application-oriented undergraduate universities,such as imperfect management system,imperfect operating mechanism and non-standard management process,and combining with the laboratory management system and mechanism construction of Changzhou Institute of Technology,this paper aims at the problems such as how to improve the timeliness and systematicness of laboratory management.It is proposed that application-oriented undergraduate colleges should strengthen the construction of laboratory organizational structure,improve laboratory system construction,optimize management process and responsibilities,form a laboratory management system and mechanism in line with the characteristics of application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and promote the continuous improvement of laboratory management system and operating mechanism of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
