Two fire dragline pumps in a large crude oil storage have been running poorly since 2009,and there are problems of high body temperature and red heat of turbocharger after short operation.After analyzing the equipment and process situation on site,the root of the problem was found out,and the process condition and equipment adaptability were optimized,and the failure of the diesel trailer pump was completely solved.
