In order to better grasp the application and application effect of automatic welding technology in long-distance pipeline rush maintenance operations,this paper briefly summarizes the matters that need to be prepared before automatic welding operations,and discusses and summarizes the operation points and welding precautions of the whole process of automatic welding combined with the practical application of automatic welding machine in B-type sleeve welding operations.The results show that the automatic welding technology also has a large application space in the pipeline maintenance business,which can reduce the welding time and reduce the labor intensity of welders while ensuring the welding quality.At the same time,the automatic welding of pipeline maintenance needs to fully identify and strictly control the key data of each link in order to ensure the reliable welding quality.
