摘要

内蒙古某煤制烯烃项目的浓盐水硬度高,在运行过程中对管道、池壁、设备容易结垢,这样对废水零排放的平稳运行产生了巨大的影响.为缓解浓盐水的处理压力,保证浓盐水零排放项目环保达标排放,文章基于在日常生产操作运行过程中的经验总结,对pH值、碱度的相互调整也就是液碱和碳酸钠投加调整,有效去除了浓盐水的硬度,确保了浓盐水零排放项目的长周期、高负荷、环保安全运行.

Abstract

The concentrated brine of a coal-to-olefin project in Inner Mongolia has high hardness and is easy to scale up pipelines,pool walls and equipment during operation,which has a huge impact on the stable operation of zero discharge wastewater.In order to alleviate the treatment pressure of concentrated brine and ensure the discharge of concentrated brine zero discharge project according to environmental protection standards,this paper summarizes the experience in daily production and operation.The mutual adjustment of pH value and alkalinity,that is,the addition of liquid alkali and sodium carbonate,effectively removes the hardness of the concentrated brine,and ensures the long cycle,high load,environmental protection and safe operation of the concentrated brine zero discharge project.
