Research on Assembly,Welding,and Fatigue Node Polishing of H-cylindrical FPSO Heave Plate
The Hcylindrical FPSO is the first domestically designed and constructed floating production,storage,and unloading unit in Asia,playing an indispensable role in offshore oil exploration and development.The working environment is relatively harsh,and surges and tides can cause repeated impacts on the outer side of the cylindrical FPSO cylinder.As an important structure connecting the various segments on the outer side of the cylinder,the heave plate is closely related to the safe service life of the cylindrical FPSO.Therefore,in the prefabrication process,the requirements for precision control,welding process,fatigue polishing,etc.are extremely strict.Based on this,combined with practical cases in the construction process of H-cylindrical FPSO,the key technologies and difficulties in the assembly,welding,and fatigue area polishing of the heave plate with grooves were pointed out.A 100 mm inspection line method was proposed to check the position positioning of the heave plate and the welding assembly formula for re polishing the groove long flesh.A multifunctional inspection template was designed to solve the problem of fatigue node polishing accuracy control.This has certain theoretical guidance and practical significance for the construction of cylindrical FPSO.
