Application Practice of Safety Removal of Calcined Coke Unit
With the continuous rapid development of the petroleum refining and chemical industry and the increasing improvement of the national environmental protection system,major oil refining and chemical plants are facing huge production and operation challenges,especially the old equipment with substandard environmental emissions,large energy consumption,backward production capacity and high safety risks.Industrial land in major chemical parks is becoming increasingly tight,and in order to accelerate the speed of transformation and upgrading,enterprises need to remove old devices in time and complete the construction and production of new projects.This paper mainly discusses the safety risk analysis,compliance management,on-site construction supervision and other aspects of the process of dismantling of calcined coke plant,which has important reference significance for strengthening the safety management of dismantling construction of chemical plant.
