In the process of offshore oil and gas development,it is very important to transport the crude oil from the offshore platform storage tank to the tanker storage tank and then to the downstream processing unit by the tanker.Taking an offshore platform as an example,this paper analyzes the risks existing in the process of oil transportation on the berthing platform of foreign oil transport vessels,and establishes reasonable and effective control measures,summarizes the practical experience of oil transportation operations,improves the safety management during field operations,and provides reference for other oil field tanker berthing and oil transportation operations.
