Production line balancing is the technique of analyzing and distributing production line loads.By deeply analyzing the various process flows of the production line,collecting standard operating hours for each process,and using methods such as eliminate,combine,rearrange,and simplify,enterprises can improve the balance of production.This article uses the basic principle of production line balance,based on the characteristics of the production line of offshore enterprises,and analyzes and improves the production line using industrial engineering methods for a certain production line example,in order to achieve the goal of reducing costs and improving efficiency.
