摘要
文章主要针对炼化企业机电仪设备的精细化检维修管理展开研究.通过对缺陷处理全过程的深入剖析,设计了一套基于数据链的缺陷处理管理方法.该方法包括流程再造、数据链管理和问题管理三大核心模块,实现了缺陷处理过程中各类信息的完整录入、汇总、分析及展示.这些过程数据不仅为设备精细化管理提供了坚实基石,更为企业数字化转型提供了全面、准确的数据支撑,也为保障装置的稳定、可靠和高效运行注入了强大动力.
Abstract
This article mainly focuses on the refined inspection and maintenance management of mechanical and electrical equipment in refining enterprises.Through in-depth analysis of the entire process of defect handling,a data chain based defect handling management method has been designed.This method includes three core modules:process reengineering,data chain management,and problem management,which achieve complete input,summary,analysis,and display of various information in the defect handling process.These process data not only provide a solid foundation for refined equipment management,but also provide comprehensive and accurate data support for enterprise digital transformation,and inject strong momentum into ensuring the stable,reliable,and efficient operation of the equipment.
