During natural gas pipeline transportation,the efficiency of pipeline transportation is low due to the accumulation of liquid in low-lying areas,which also affects transportation safety.Based on PE5 parameter analysis,the trend of pipeline accumulation can effectively achieve safe operation of the pipeline.This paper takes the trunk line 1 of the 2#gas gathering station in a certain block in Shaanxi province as an example to establish a three-dimensional model of the pipeline network.On this basis,the distribution and dynamic situation of liquid accumulation in the pipeline section were simulated,and the distribution of liquid accumulation in the pipeline under undulating terrain and the feasibility of liquid accumulation treatment were demonstrated.In response to the distribution of liquid accumulation in pipeline sections at low altitudes,this article proposes three solutions for liquid accumulation control,namely:reducing the outlet pressure of the pipeline network,increasing instantaneous production,and pre separating gas and liquid at the wellhead.The feasibility of these three solutions is analyzed based on the PE5 parameter.The results show that reducing the outlet pressure of the pipeline network alone cannot solve the problem of liquid accumulation in the pipeline network;by increasing the instantaneous production of production wells to a certain value or performing gas-liquid separation operations on some wells in advance,the problem of liquid accumulation in the pipeline network can be effectively solved.Therefore,this paper provides useful analysis and solutions for the problem of liquid accumulation in natural gas pipeline transportation,which is of great significance for ensuring the safety of pipeline transportation.
