复杂纳米结构SEM图像分析方法

文章采用ImageJ软件,探索了岛状、无规则金颗粒及凹坑等复杂且边界模糊纳米结构的SEM图片的分析方法.结果表明,巧妙运用ImageJ软件的各种功能组合,并结合Origin软件,可实现对复杂且边界模糊的SEM图片中岛状、无规则金颗粒、凹坑结构等复杂纳米结构的表征分析.通过探索得出了适合于SEM图片中复杂纳米结构分析的三条技术路线,并提出了一种针对复杂且边界模糊纳米结构SEM图片的分析方法.该方法为复杂且边界模糊的纳米结构SEM图片的分析提供了一种重要思路.
SEM Image Analysis Method for Complex Nanostructures
SEM images of complex and blurred nanostructures such as island-like,irregular gold particles and pits were explored using ImageJ software.The results show that the characterization and analysis of complex nanostructures such as island-like,irregular gold particles and pit structures in complex SEM pictures with fuzzy boundaries can be achieved by skillfully using various combinations of functions of ImageJ software and combining with Origin software.Three technical routes suitable for the analysis of complex nanostructures in SEM pictures are derived through exploration,and a characterization method for complex and boundary-ambiguous nanostructured SEM pictures is obtained.The method can provide a referable idea for the analysis of complex and boundary-ambiguous nanostructure SEM pictures.
