In order to ensure the safety of polyolefin production and management in coal chemical industry,this paper analyzes how to predict risks and avoid risks based on risk assessment system.This paper first describes the production status of polyolefin in coal chemical industry and the content of risk assessment,combined with the existing production management problems,put forward management countermeasures:improve the management system,strengthen management supervision,expand the capital chain.The research shows that the application of risk assessment in the production safety management of coal chemical polyolefin is beneficial to control the occurrence of safety accidents,and can make full use of the system to predict and evaluate production risks and improve the level of safety management.
