By investigating the safety management of small and micro enterprises at the grass-roots level,this paper focuses on analyzing the problems and difficulties in the construction of double prevention system,it includes strengthening the whole process management of work safety,enhancing the safety awareness of front-line employees,strengthening the double prevention system and work safety education and training,further construction and improvement of work safety management system,enhance the level of enterprise essential safety,to achieve the goal of enterprise safety development and sound development.
