摘要

ETS系统的稳定可靠对汽轮机组的安全运行尤为重要,文章通过一起 100 MW机组启机过程中汽轮机危急遮断系统动作分析,阐明ETS系统的组成和工作原理.结合实际过程数据以及ETS动作详情,通过一系列的系统排查和对比,提出合理解释ETS动作的原因,对解决类似问题提供一定的借鉴和参考经验.

Abstract

The stability and reliability of the ETS system are particularly important for the safe operation of steam turbine units.This article analyzes the action of the turbine emergency trip system during the start-up process of a 100MW unit,and explains the composition and working principle of the ETS system.Based on actual process data and ETS action details,a series of systematic investigations and comparisons are conducted to propose reasonable explanations for the causes of ETS actions,providing some reference and experience for solving similar problems.
