This article systematically elaborates on the definition,classification,and evaluation methods of chemical process safety risks,with a focus on exploring multi-level risk control strategies such as process optimization,prevention technology,and monitoring management.The effectiveness of the methods was verified through case studies.Research has shown that using quantitative analysis to determine safety risk levels and implementing risk control for high-risk nodes can effectively reduce the probability and severity of accidents in chemical systems.
