摘要

通过搭建微型催化精馏塔,以Hβ沸石作为催化剂,研究了乳酸和正丁醇在催化精馏塔中反应生成乳酸正丁酯和水的情况.实验考察了不同的酸醇进料比、乳酸进料空速、回流比、进料位置对酯化反应过程的影响,筛选出了最佳反应条件.

Abstract

By constructing a micro catalytic distillation tower and using Hβ zeolite as catalyst,the reaction of lactic acid and n-butanol in the catalytic distillation tower to produce n-butyl lactate and water was studied.The experiment investigated the effects of different acid alcohol feed ratios,lactic acid feed space velocity,reflux ratio,and feed position on the esterification process,and selected the optimal reaction conditions.
