Research on the Process of Preparing Sulfur Trioxide by Combining Sulfur Dioxide and Sulfur
Sulfur trioxide,as an important chemical raw material,has a wide range of applications in sulfuric acid manufacturing,organic synthesis,and other fields.The traditional methods for preparing sulfur trioxide often use a single sulfur dioxide oxidation or sulfur combustion method,which often suffer from high energy consumption and environmental pollution.In recent years,with the increasingly strict environmental requirements and the continuous development of energy-saving and consumption reducing technologies,exploring efficient and clean new processes for preparing sulfur trioxide has become a research hotspot.The paper analyzes four experimental methods and proposes a new process for preparing sulfur trioxide by combining sulfur dioxide with sulfur.The aim is to optimize the process conditions to achieve efficient,low consumption,and environmentally friendly production of sulfur trioxide.
