Study on the Optimization of Separation Method of Toluene Nitrification Products
Toluene nitrification process is one of the dangerous processes supervised by the state,and the common toluene nitrification process mainly includes the process of nitrosulfur mixed acid nitrotoluene to obtain mononitrotoluene.This paper aims to investigate the optimization of the separation,neutralization and dephenolization process of toluene nitrification to produce mononitrotoluene.Through the in-depth analysis of the existing process,the main factors affecting product quality and production efficiency are found,and a series of targeted improvement measures are proposed.The research results of this paper will provide reference for related industrial production and improve the production efficiency and product quality of mononitrotoluene.
